"clean room, nice staff, it could use more parking toward the front but overall it's a great place to stay and I have stayed here the last couple of times that I have came to Shreveport."

"This was a very clean hotel. Every staff person we encountered was very, very friendly. It was an easy off and on the highway and was surrounded by great places to eat. We will definitely stay here again as we have friends in the area. "

"Lovely hotel. VERY nice staff. Only issue is that the room had a used towel on the back of the door and one over the shower curtain. A small rag that had dried wet and hard "

"Room was great. The front desk staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate our room request which was so very much appreciated. Food and service was great. The only snag we had was trying to get late night food. I guess it was shift change and we waited a good 10 minutes. The people in front of us gave up waiting and left. "
