"I didn't not have a pleasant stay at this location, what was advertised was not what you get.
The family suite room we booked didn't feel like a suite, the rooms didn't not have mirrors so we had to share the bathroom mirror, the bathroom door didn't lock properly,we were told the suite has no access to the balcony.
Parking is a huge issue.
Calling it a family suite is not justified as it didn't have a sink where we could wash the dishes there were cutleries too.
My wife wanted to give me a birthday surprise they charged 45$ and the decorations were pretty bad and cheap.
Breakfast is not included with your stay so you have a long drive to get anything to eat.
As the prices are exuberant there.
All in all I hope the resort can upgrade it's services for a better customer experience."
"Very difficult check in when booking staff in to the hotel. Paperwork back and forth, no clear direction from staff as to what they needed. Sent the wrong form, forgot to ask for part of the info they needed. Not convenient at all, not what we usually get from Expedia"
"Theres an Asian lady that works at the front desk that isnt very welcoming but otherwise its such a cute place. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great and the garden was so nice to have "breakfast" in.
Dont expect a breakfast. There was muffins.
Overall though. I'd stay again."
"Lovely and quiet place, friendly staff (and dog), good breakfast. Overall a great experience that I'm happy to recommend to all my friends visiting Sunshine Coast"
"Was a little worried at the exterior pictures / reviews but we were pleasantly surprised to find a newly renovated room. Only negative was the twin beds…..very small for 4 average adults and queen beds would fit in the room. Smart tv was a bonus as we could use our own Netflix subscription."
"Our second visit and this time we brought our Australian friends for our stay. Immaculately clean unit. We had two minor issues which were immediately addressed by the staff. Very relaxing four days topped off by a delicious dinner at the resort’s Lagoon Restaurant."
