"The hotel is fine, nothing out of the ordinary. I was surprised to get charged $10 for parking my car on their outdoor parking lot. The fee was mentioned somewhere with the amenities, but who checks that…? It’s not about the money, it just feels like nickel and diming, a nasty aftertaste "

"Clean room "

"Although an older property, it was very clean. We had a studio King suite and I was surprised that there was absolutely nothing in the cupboards to support eating in, not even plastic utensils. Why have a kitchen and then nothing to support cooking in the unit? Just didn’t make sense to me. Bed was comfy and, even when being directly across from the elevator, the hall and door slamming was non-existent. Overall, for the money (room was under $100), it was a great find and I would stay there again. We had our dog and the fees were the most reasonable that I could find in the area. Our hallway reeked of some sort of spice I didn’t recognize but the room was nice and fresh smelling."

"Staff was nice and the place was clean, however the food was not good and it took us almost an hour to check into our room and get our TV/wifi functioning. The facility is old "

"To start, they advertise that they have breakfast but they DON'T. That is one of the whole reasons we pick the hotels we do, so we didn't have to buy breakfast out. But alas, we get up and go down to the lobby to everything turned off and nothing out for breakfast. We were so mad. Then, I discovered mold on the mattress in our room. Our door also appeared to have been kicked in at some point. We had to put a chair in front of it to keep it fully closed because it didn't close all the way, nor did the dead bolt lock. Expedia wouldn't process a refund, said it was up to the manager after they called the front office. Which meant we weren't going to get a refund so we could go somewhere else, so we were stuck in that room for a week because we didn't have the funds to go to another hotel. They wouldn't switch rooms, claimed they were full. This hotel is AWFUL and if they would refund my money (or just some of it), that'd be great but it's never gonna happen. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear, cause this place sucks and they don't care about your health or safety."
