Staffs were nice and professional from helping you parking your car to checking in. The room we got was nice with wide view of Hollywood hill (you can even see the sign from far away and the Observatory).
One minus thing for us is the AC is a little loud and not work that well. Now the bar area amazing, drinks amazing. If I could at this moment I would stay another night.

The hotel itself was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and when we had a complaint about a confusion in rooms the staff was very understanding and made sure to immediately look into it. My only complaint was the area around the hotel is old and dirty. We walked to little Tokyo and there was a lot of alleys that smelled terrible but that’s not the hotels fault. We loved that although the room was small it was big enough for my and my 6’2” husband and our stuff.

"The breakfast was solid. The precheck in emails they send you are nonsense. They will still need you to do all of it when you check in so don't bother. They sent me an email saying the room was ready, I get there and it's not ready. I had to wait 40 minutes once I got there so the room could be cleaned. ..."
