Staff was great, very friendly. The bathroom was gross. It was like nothing had been wiped down, especially the tub and shower. It was scummy. Besides that, it was a decently priced hotel with a convenient location next to Kroger and some gas stations.

Toilet made noise all night,also rocked back and forth when you sat on it. They tried to fix it but it did not stop the noise! Chair in corner of the room was dirty and office chair at desk looked like the back was broken and it was dirty also, I didn't sit in either one didn't want to die or catch something!!!

The staff were wonderful and made extra efforts to make the breakfast area a pleasant place. The windows unfortunately do not open and it took a long time to clear the air freshener smell from the room with the fan and open door.

The tube has cracks in it and paint chipping . Need to be replaced! The molding on the floor is coming off. Room is what it is, a place to sleep. The place could use an update.

Needs a major update. I was in a nonsmoking room but there were 2 burn holes in the comforter. Staff was very nice.

So-So Experience
The room's linen wasn't clean and there was hair around the toilet and shower edges. Additionally, when notes concerning the issues were left for housekeeping, nothing was corrected. The 'breakfast' offered was also very limited and the coffee not refilled in a timely manner. I plan to stay at another hotel when I visit the area again.

The room stunk like urine. Three was a hole in the wall stuffed with toilet paper. I stayed here before and it wasn't like this. Not sure what happened to this place.

I booked the room on Travelocity and the hotel was NOTHING as advertised…. The 1st room we were assigned had seimein on one of the beds. The stench of urine on the staircase. It was horrible. Old and dated….. need remodeling ASAP.

Property is older, safety lock on door kept falling off and toilet seat was cracked all the way thru. For the price, about what you’d expect. Microwave and apartment refrigerator were nice touch. We’re able to move to the inside of the building so we weren’t facing the interstate and the noise of the semi’s all night.

The hotel was clean and comfortable in the room area. I was unable to shower due to the moldy curtain and one “tube” of shampoo. The bathroom was strange, but the room, refrigerator, television, beds, were all great. Hot coffee, yogurt choices, granola bar choices, in the morning were nice.

Place was an absolute disaster. Stains everywhere, floor coming up, rusty bathroom, dirty sheets, lock on the door had been drilled out at least twice. Didn't feel safe, was nowhere close to clean, and even though I stayed for less than 15 minutes before finding a better hotel, they refused to give me a refund. I asked the front person if they had a room with clean sheets, and she said "they're all stained." Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your money or your time.

Bathroom floor was dirty, bed sheets were dirty, bath towels were dirty, battub was dirty. Homeless vagrant sleeping under exterior stair well & vagrant sleeping on a chair just outside the office when we left. Typical conditions for a facility owned/operated by Indians.

Unfortunate Stay
The room in which we stayed smelled like cigarettes and/or weed. The sheets and covers were stained, some had cigarette holes, and I had to go down and request a new sheet to sleep on top of . The hallway and steps were gross. We did not feel comfortable so we ended up checking-out at 3am because we were disgusted.
