the rooms were so dirty the carpet would get your feet dirty it had a bad smell overall it was just plain nasty

First there is no place to park the shower sucks the rooms are old the beds are small and suck to sleep on people sit out side and drink 1/2 of them were drunk this has to be the worst motel I have ever stayed at

This was the second year in a row that we stayed at the Fountain Inn & Suites. Even though we were late with our reservation. Tommy, the manager, saw to it that we had a first-floor disability room with accommodations. The rooms are spacious and clean with good crisp linen and no bugs. The shower was to die for, lots of good hot running water really made the Travelers bones feel great again. The only knock I have on the facilities is that apparently somebody had smoked in this room and it was just the slightest order that my wife with her super nose detected. He also made every effort to get in touch with me personally fall we were there to see if I will facilities were okay and as if there were anything else that he could do for us. The purpose of our stay here was the four-day race week four Daytona 500. Axis to the racetrack from this location was extremely quick and traffic was at a minimum. In the past when I have stated other name brand hotels and went crazy fighting the traffic and trying to get my assigned parking. The last two years. Traffic was no problem, it was a 20 minute trip into Daytona international Speedway. I spent more time trying to get out of the parking lots than I did driving back-and-forth.

Very nice family run hotel. Will try this again.

Everything was great except the water pressure in the shower. We were only here for one night and the folks that run it seems very nice. The only problem was the shower, which was as cleans as the rest of the room, but had only a trickle of water available.

Clean but in a bad area

Hotel was clean but the area was bad. Was not a good place for my two young daughters to stay. It seemed to be in a high crime area. My daughters were harassed by several loitering men and did not spend the night due to a large crowd arguing in one of the rooms. I feel that it’s the responsibility of the hotel to let travelers know if the location is in an area where vagrants loiter and possibly high crime area. I was very upset after booking and my daughter sent me pictures of the people loitering and the decreped neighborhood. Also the room reeked of bleach.
