The view of the ocean was spectacular, room was very nice well kept. The only thing that was an issue is no hot water and the tv in the living room did work for most of our stay. Property manage did credit our account for the inconvenience.

Thank you for the kind words. The hot water issue was related to the building issues (takes longer to get hot in low season). The TV is totally fine.

Thank you for the review. The issue was that the breaker needed to be reset. That’s it. If I would have known before the guest checked out, the issue would have been resolved within the hour.

Very safe, access to everything was with a card, so it kept unwanted troubles off the property. Very clean. Just note if you are renting the private condo's bring your own toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags. The hotel does not supply them. Towels will have to be washed, there is not enough for a week and no house keeping. All and all a nice place.

This was a great stay! The condo was clean and the overall property was nice and close to a lot of dining and shopping. The pictures for the listing for a little confusing because it seemed like it was a two room condo with two full beds and a queen but it was just one room with two full beds and a pull out couch in the living room. However, it was clean and Scott got back to me and answered my questions promptly. Would recommend and go back.

Property and Surrounding Area around our resort was too crowded. We couldnt ever enjoy the pool area our entire stay as there wasnt enough chairs, even the beach was super crowded. We will not be going back as we enjoy a more private vacation. The elevators were very slow too. Our beds in our room was terrible and the washer and dryer were terrible as well.

I appreciate the feedback, but ocean walk is a resort and a lot of people are attracted to it due to the fact that its ocean front and has countless amenities to offer. The beds in the condo are brand new (September 2022) and I have had nothing but positive feedback. The washer and dryer are brand new as well (August 2023), so I don't really understand what the issue is. I was never contacted about any of these issues.

We had a wonderful time! Scott, the property owner was super responsive to any questions we had. Great amenities, indoor pool for when it starts to rain. The carpet in the room was sticky, but that’s the only complaint that I have. We ran the dehumidifier while we were there and it helped with the humidity in the room. Beautiful ocean view, we will def be back!!!

A vacation in Paradise
We really enjoyed our vacation. The rooms was extra comfortable and clean. I enjoy the fact that everything was convenient. I enjoyed the overview of the ocean and the City, My fiance and me loved dining in the pool area, the bar was our favorite, the hot tub was a plus. my entire family enjoyed their self and wasn't ready to leave. We will definitely dine again at our next vacation in Daytona Beach.

Property was ok. Too many people not enough elevators. Not enough chairs around the pool area for all or half the guest. Nice and clean place. Boardwalk is dirty and not safe at dark.

This condo has a beautiful view! My only downside was the bathtub & pull out couch. I’m really big in bathrooms being clean. The owner let me know they’re updating the property. Outside of that we had a great stay. The resort has everything you need and don’t really need to travel far.

Well, I could only have 5 devices on wifi. But, you couldn’t take one device off and add another because it wouldn’t let you. There were 3 rolls of toilet paper for a 10 person room. After that, you’d have to purchase your own toilet paper. There was no ice/ice machine available. Man at check in was rude. The coffee buttons were so worn out, I wasn’t sure how to make it. It would make like one cup and I’d have to make another pot for another cup. Room was nice, but amenities were terrible. Considering the price, all of the above should be included.

Thank you for the feedback. This is an example of a person who could have easily picked up the phone and called me and i could have immediately addressed any concerns. There is a way to get unlimited devices connected for free. The toilet paper quantities being offered were clearly communicated in the reservation policy email that was sent to the guest 7 days prior to check in. If the email was read carefully they could have planned ahead to bring extra supplies or could have gone to the store to pick up extras. This process is the standard in the vacation rental industry. If I would have known the guest was unhappy with the coffee maker, I would have had a new one brought to them within the hour. The amenities are wonderful and ocean walk is in very high demand.

Very nice resort! Our condo had construction going on above us and it was very noisy. The dryer in the condo made an awful squeal sound. A few fixes and this place would be perfect! The view was exquisite. I wish I had more words to describe how beautiful the view was.

We loved the property, pools, beach, and our spacious room. The area around the hotel was run down and not much to do so we stayed at our hotel most of the time.

The space was perfect for our group of adults and teens. The washer/dryer was great to have. Made lots of meals in the kitchen. We weren’t anle to get the broil function to work on the oven. The fridge’s top shelf filled up with water every day which should be looked at. The icemaker was great to have as well. We would stay there again, just want the owner to be aware of the appliances.

Beautiful views and very clean hotel. Awesome pools and lazy river. Bar by pool. Garage parking and easy to get to and convenient to food and shopping. Walk less than 3 minutes to beach and ocean. Master was huge. I dont consider fold out couches as beds so that was only negative. Well stocked kitchen. Every utensil etc will need. The only 2 rolls of toilet paper was a joke. Had to buy after that. Towel rationing also but overall easy check in and out and great hotel

We enjoy the view. When we got there the property was filthy dirty. But Scott got someone there the next day to clean it very well. Love the ocean.Amenities was mostly shut down not Properties fault. Coronavirus

This guest was very unreasonable. The floors were mopped twice before they got there, but they complained that the floors were filthy after they checked in. I sent my cleaning company in immediately to re-clean the floors, but they were spotless. The guest then demanded an extra late checkout because of an incident that occurred across the street from the resort the night before. I run my business in an honest, kind way and always go above and beyond for all guests.
