"Très bon séjour avec ma maman dans cet hôtel. La propreté est impeccable, tout est vraiment bien présenté. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’établissement. "The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room. Bugs all over the room every day and in the shower. Booking said it was all inclusive but when we got to the hotel they said it was breakfast only and we went back and forth with the hotel and Expedia about this but the hotel was unreachable. Everytime we contacted reception from our room they would just cut the call. Would not recommend this hotel. "

"Our stay at the Prestige was simply amazing and bery much needed. From the friendly efficient check-in by front of house to all the back room staff and recreational staff, all of which made for a memorable holiday and Birthday. The room was very spacious with a blend of modern design and set in a classic style with a contemporary feel. The hotel location is perfect for the beach, shops and the numerous restaurants close by, although the food at the hotel is very good and highly recommended. Good wifi, only dropped connection once for 5 minutes beyond that worked perfectly well. The pool perfect size and never felt over crowded, the gardens were well manicured and the whole setting with the fountains running was lovely site especially when lit up."

"This hotel is definitely not 4 star worthy and more of a 3 star. Generally, the staff are ok, but not the best! This is my second stay in this hotel and I have to say this stay was worse than the first. My first time was with the children back in 2022 and we didnt really spend a lot of time at the hotel. But, this time I travelled with my brother and disabled mother and we spent a lot of time at the hotel and give a better review of our experience. The rooms are standard and the decor outdated. Bathrooms need a big upgrade and are dirty. Hotel food is awful, so I will not recommend eating here or getting an all inclusive. First night we decided to have dinner as we checked in late. We paid about £25 each, the food was Morrocan and awaful, small buffet. We hardly didnt eat any of the starters or mains and just had a little dessert. The waiter was aware of this and decided to charge only for two of us and not my mother, because she didnt hardly touch anything. Breakfast is bad and is the same everyday. But everyone sticks with it due to it being included in the hotel room. Lastly, I will like to point out the disabled facilities are awful. We asked for a wheelchair for my mum and they gave us a broken one, telling us thats the only one they have left. Even when we travelled in April and it was low season. To conclude my experience in Morroco is that if your a minority you will get a bad service. In particular if your French or Caucasian you will get a better service!"
