The service was excellent with housekeeping and maintenance. We had a problem and it was attended to immediately. It is time for the hotel to buy new towels and washcloths. They are old and rough. The room had a stale smell that you couldn't get rid of no matter how much you sprayed.

Total disappointment, dirty, door frame busted, not safe, tub don’t drain, they offer nothing. Manager uses lobby for his living room, so no breakfast, pools being maintained, there not working on it, manager sucks, not helpful and always on cell phone. It is not worth to be called Super 8, super 8 used to have standards

I would recommend this hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman doing the check in was courteous. Our room was clean. It was quiet. It was a quick stay, we checked in during the afternoon and out about 7 am.

Check in at a window not the lobby. It was fine but some may not like that. Room looked newly remodeled. Everything was clean.

Nothing much to like, I was asking a question about why the TV was all Spanish except the commercials and the movie channels were all Spanish don't know why I need to learn a foreign language to live in a country I was used to speaking the countries language. Anyways the towels are nasty and stink takes all day to get them at request. The bath water is fine the toilet was terrible plastic just about broken they don't mop the type floors daily they don't do anything for my room and now I don't want them to I was ripped off from either Expedia when I booked it a payment came out of my account for a night before I was going to go pay for my 281.00 fee I paid for a night I had already previously paid for three days and wanted four nights someone took out a one night payment from my chime banking without my approval so I paid up front for for four nights and like I said one was already paid for before I used Expedia. Now I realize I want be getting that back in 5to 7 days from the date NENVER HAPPENS

Ok stay.

It was fairly quiet stay. Not spotless clean, but not bad also. One big thing was the seal around the door to the outside was not there for the most part. Seen a couple of bugs in our room because of this. Large newer TV was nice. Hair dryer only blew cold air.

The const workers who stay on the property leave at 4:30 am. Their trucks beep when they put them in rev to leave. The housekeeping cones by at 8a.m. banging on every door to remind you that checkout is at 11 am. Like I didnt know that. Hard to get any sleep.

Theses older properties owners need to understand. Paint does not get rid of mold. Theses properties need to get a professional contractor to remediate mold. My room had mold exposure. I’m a Health and Safety Inspector. Take my word on this.

Rude service at check in. We checked in at 7:35 pm and couldn’t walk into the facility l. We had to use a small security window to try and communicate with the hotel representative. When we got to our room, the AC was turned off as well as the refrigerator. The room was sweltering and we couldn’t put groceries in the fridge. We will never stay here again. There are to many other options available yo put up with sub par accommodations.

Big letdown

Well, it started off bad when I checked in the lobby wasn’t open and had to talk through a little window and I asked him where the free breakfast was. They said sorry we don’t have a free breakfast. I told him as well. It’s on your website that you were facility offers a free breakfast and they said no we don’t have a free breakfast. I would love my money back that’s why I went there because I wanted to breakfast on my early morning get away, and I had to go spend more money in the area.
