"We arrived 25 minutes early and were allowed to get into our room, which was really nice. The room was warm as it was 90 degrees outside. We turned the air conditioner temperature down, unpacked and went out. When we came back it was still warm! We went down to the front desk and they told us we had to switch rooms. A pain but ok. We switched rooms, it was nice and cool, got unpacked and went to throw something away and there were beer cans in the one garbage can! All that being said, the staff was very nice. Breakfast was nice, parking was good. It was close to the expressway and very close to the Neil Armstrong museum."

"I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. When we first checked into our king room, we immediately found a cockroach in the bathroom and noticed a decent size hole in the ceiling. After reporting the issues, the staff moved us to a different room. However, the replacement room was a lower-tier room, and despite the inconvenience and downgrade, no refund, discount, or compensation was offered. The property also appeared poorly maintained. There were multiple spiders and dead bugs around the building entrances, which created a very unclean impression. To make matters worse, several advertised amenities were unavailable. The pool was broken, and much of the breakfast equipment was out of service, making the complimentary breakfast disappointing. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, lack of functioning amenities, and poor handling of the situation made for a very negative experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others."
