"Half of the lights and outlets in our room were not working. I require a cpap machine at night, not of the outlets by the bed worked. We let the front desk know. Their response was I’m not an electrician and gave us an extension cord. In the middle of the night, the lights came on and woke everyone up. When trying to shower, the shower head and lower faucet ran at same time causes lower water pressure. Went to check out at 7am, no one at desk. Waited at least 10 min still no one at desk. Left room key at desk because needed to leave. "
"The room is very clean and well stocked with towels etc. Beds are comfy and the heating / air conditioning unit worked as it should. When we checked in we couldn’t get the tv to work and someone was sent up immediately to fix it. Breakfast is good consisting of make your own waffles or pancakes, cereal (hot and cold) a variety of breads and bagels as well as eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. There is some sort of food court take out place right off the lobby. We opted for one of the local restaurants. Cracker Barrel and Olive Garden are about 1 minute drive across the parking lot. This is a very nice, well located hotel just off I75."
"Where to begin…this was the most amazing, comfortable stay I have ever had. Driving from California to Ohio to settle our son into his new job. The staff here at SPRINGHILL SUITES in Troy Ohio went above and beyond for us. From Felix and Maria in housekeeping to your wonderful front desk (check in) ladies. Nancy and Alma were exceptional! We had some bumps along the way during our stay and Nancy and Alma always helped us through. We are forever grateful. The rooms were amazing, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space and beds were perfect. A home away from home. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. This hotel has absolutely spoiled us and set standards for all other hotels we will be staying at on our drive back to California. Thank you doesn’t seem sufficient, but thank you SPRINGHILL SUITES in Troy Ohio staff for an unforgettable stay."
