"Beautiful location, lovely family room. One member of staff was grumpy about us not having booked breakfast in advance which somewhat spoiled it for me."

"We did not like the self check in machines, there were 3 staff members who just sat there doing nothing, while we did their work, including making our own key cards! The duvet was soiled, it had 2 very large stains on it (fortunately, it was hot so we only used the cover which was clean). The hotel only provided 1 bathrobe and when we asked, they said they didn't have a 2nd available. The parking was an additional 10 euro fee per day, which was not noted when we booked. There should be a handrail in the WC since the toilet was very very low. The fridge in the room did not work/was not cold. There was a very good lock up for our bikes, but it was very small for the number of bikes that were there."

"Staff very friendly, very convenient location, not far from the beach, a very unique hotel. Parking was a five minute walk away, so many great restaurants very close and you can walk the beautiful city very easily, people there are very friendly!"

"Lovely clean hotel & rooms. Booked a 2-bed apartment, which had all the amenities you could need with relaxing lounge area. Breakfast had both hot & cold options extra touches of alternative milk options & multiple juice options. Would definitely return. "

"Anna Van Chiel is the nicest hotel ive ever stayed in . Its beautiful , I never met any staff because my key was left in a locker because I arrived late and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice my room was "
