"This is a busy, just “above-average” hotel in an extremely busy and large upscale mall. It was nice to have the mall conveniences there. The mall is two minutes walk from the train station (Utrecht Centraal), which was great in terms of our train travel. The floor and carpet of our room needed serious cleaning. The room, however, was adequate for busy travelers’ needs. We stayed in the room for two weeks, so it was simply a place to sleep and shower. The hotel has a really good breakfast, and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Probably the best features of this hotel are its proximity to the train station and the extreme proximity to the beautiful part of old Utrecht."
