Great hotel for the price. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms are a bit outdated but they are kept clean.

The people who run the place are beyond rude and disrespectful to other people of color. I was able to book a room online and the manager was happy to assist me, until he seen that my husband was African American then his mood suddenly changed and he no longer had any rooms available. He also insisted in an extremely rude tone that we leave his property. I’m still sick to my stomach with the way this experience has impacted me.

The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The toilet handle broke in the middle of the night. My husband had to take the back off and we had to pull up on the valve by hand. There were two remotes for the small television; one for the volume and one for the power. Disappointing overall.

The only thing was the bathroom was not handicap accessible but we made it work for us and the beds were high. I had to go buy a step stool to get up on the bed. But it was a nice room and very comfortable.

Great Service
I want to give a lot of credit to the owner and staff. They did a great job of servicing my stay. I stayed at the facility all week - Sunday evening check-in through Friday morning. I received full service everyday. Each day I returned from my work site, the room was clean and the towels were replenished. I will definitely stay at this motel again if I am in the area.

Im from dequeen an have stayed at every motel there but this one.i cant say anything was wrong with it...no prob checking in,the room was fine,plenty of towels,no bugs,tv was fine,slept pretty good,matress was on a metal frame,made it loud when u moved around,but id stay there again

The staff was rude and didn't act as if he wanted to let me book a room , then they wouldnt take my card and then was snobby when i did get a room, the room reaked of cigarette smoke despite it supposed to be a non smoking. The bathrooom was gross there was mold on the tub. Despite me telling the staff he acted as if they didnt care. Then i was refused to extend my stay. Im still undecided if ill stay again.

I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. I didn't like that they didn't have breakfast. I was very happy with the daily cleaning of the room. I had no trouble during my stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean but showed some wear. The bed was comfortable. From my ground floor room, I could sometimes hear noise from the highway or parking lot, but not too bad. For the price, it is a good place to stay.

Not the best, but not the worst either.
I have stayed here before. For the area, it is average. I didn't have enough lighting to read. I was on business and couldn't see to do my work. Not enough receptacles for electronic devices. Bathroom is small, but the King bed was comfortable.

The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, but my room looked decent, and the bed is comfy. The woman at the front desk was friendly as well.

Very clean. They are updating rooms and fixing parking lot. The bed were a little high. Had 87 yr old dad with me so it was hard for him to get in and out of bed. They were comfortable though. Very nice for the price we paid. Would stay again.

I liked very much that it was so convenient to a Walmart and a "no-touch" car wash (badly needed for my car) The desk people were friendly and welcoming, and it seemed that the sidewalks were being coated over to take care of possibly dangerous-for-tripping cracks and breaks in the concrete.
