"In town for Cortland State track meet. 5 minutes from campus. Out side is going through spring cleanup, mulching etc, bit muddy at entrance, parking lot is in need of pothole repairs. Other entrances key card does not work, not a complaint to walk to main entrance. Breakfast is minimal selection of eggs / sausage/ waffles, Perkins is attached to hotel. Little noisy on highway side, could hear trucks through the night. It was very clean and had a spacious king suite. Happy with stay."
"Random people in the parking lot, my guess is they using the wifi. I asked for a quiet room and had several neighbors that slammed doors until 1am. Then I was awaken by two men talking in the hallway outside their room at 3:15 in the morning. The hotel was not busy and yet I was assigned a handicap room with neighbors. I could hear the alarm of my neighbor at 6:30am and I honestly thought it was my daughter’s, as it was so loud. I also heard footsteps in the room above. I don’t think I would stay here again. The bathroom was very nice and clean. "

"The staff was polite and the property was clean. The rooms are pretty basic . Paper thin walls (was woken up several times by noise in other rooms and the hallway), poorly lit. The most concerning was my room was given to someone else and they tried entering at 2:45AM, which was pretty upsetting. Will not return, there are other properties in the area."
"Where do I start. I will start with check in, which was very confusing and not intuitive. I had to go upstairs and walk around a little and ask. I ended up checking in with Hank, WHO WAS AWESOME!!!! He said I was in room 12 and that it is their haunted room. Excuse me, what?! I was freaked! I had no idea this Inn was haunted! I went to the room and the smell was absolutely awful. It was a musky scent and I sneezed and sneezed and sneezed. I didn’t sleep a wink due not only being scared to death but also the scent and sneezing all night. My nose ran for hours. The scent is hideous. This Inn is old, like 1800’s old so the floors creek and the heat system is very loud. I unfortunately did not enjoy my stay here AT ALL and left first thing in the morning. If you want to hang out with ghosts, perhaps this is for you. I will say though that the bed was incredibly comfortable!!! Other than that, I wish I never wasted my money coming here. "
