"The staff was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We had to check out early because of illness and they were so very nice."

"The room was very clean, yet I had a terriable experiance with my upgrade. I upgrated to a kitchenette, for a fridge and microwave. I also needed to boil some medical tea and dreaded taking the liquid on the plane (for fear it would be taken by TSA). So, days before my trip, I called customer service to see if I could boil the tea in the kitchennette. They said it would be a full kitchen with a stove and pots. Yet when I got there, there was no stove, no pots, and the staff was flipent about it, as if their customer service was not something they were responsible for. They made no apology or attempt to help me find a way to make my medicine. The kitchennette didn't even havd a towel by the sink, any dish soap, silverwear, or any dishes, a bowl or cup to boil water in. It was more like a family room suite, which I didn't need. Most hotels have microwaves and fridges in their regular rooms. I had to buy a kettle from a store nearby and leave it (donate it to the nearby college) because I couldn't take it home. And I have no way of asking for my money back for the upgrade because expedia does not list that price separately. I would not recomend staying here due to how rediculous the upgrade is, the trash can was even smaller in the kitchennette than the main room and the staff being flipant about it, not even apolojetic they couldn't help me, made this hotel a very inhospitable place."

"Rude staff, not up to standards. I only stayed here because company I work for paid for the room otherwise I wouldve been at a Hilton or Marriott where you get VALUE...."

"Hotel overall was very clean. The room was clean. We never made it to breakfast, but they did offer free breakfast! Good location right off the highway. There's a mall, gas station, a Starbucks, etc. all nearby within 5 to 15 minutes"

"The bed was good, room was neat, and the pool was operating. The hotel had an odd smell. The restaurant was under renovation and closed. Staff was kind and helped me out when there was a misunderstanding and I was not checked in the first night so was not able to get into my room the second evening when I got back. Overall a good stay."

"This should maybe be a 1.5 star hotel if that. The rooms had chipped and peeling paint, windows that could open (dangerous for 4th floor with no screen), wood to hold up the sink, sink that drains slowly and tub that fills when showering. One room had a fire, so the halls still smell like smoke. The pool had a strange film over it along with mold on the walls in the pool area, so we chose not to chance it. The breakfast could hardly be called that. They offered dry donut holes, bagels and cereal. No protein or fruit of any kind. There’s also notes on the doors that for your safety to bolt the door. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Definitely not a Baymont quality that I’ve stayed in before."

"We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck."
