"We arrived prior to Check-in and had young kids. The front desk was nice enough to allow us pool access which helped greatly on a rainy day. However some of the pool area walls were under construction currently which took away from full potential of the area, but will look better in the future. The staff were all nice, rooms were nice, but our balcony was 1st floor and didn't have the view we hoped for, ask for 2nd floor or higher.
Breakfast was great with an omelet bar and many other options.
Overall the place was nice, but has room to reach full potential for the amazing location and view of the harbor. "

"The walls are very thin. We could hear every word from the next room. We didn't get to sleep until after they went to sleep. Otherwise, it was a fine stay."

"Great ocean view. Great breakfast with lots of choices included. Great hot tub but indoor pool was a little chilly. Close to Yachats and Waldport. Free dvd movies to borrow from the office. Wonderful beach but we had lots of rain. Lots of tv channels. Staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet."

"Our plans changed last minute and the hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful in getting our reservation cancelled.
Also observed him checking in other guests and he was very courteous and helpful with them also.
Definitely will be staying here when we travel to Florence again."

"Our room smelled like it had had a wet dog staying in it. There’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom but they made sure to hang a non descript picture on the wall where a really nice towel rack would’ve been ideal. Everything seemed kind of dirty, dingy, and shabby, and the refrigerator was quite loud. The lady at checkout was very friendly and so was the young lady who did breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you just need a quick place to hang your hat for the night. "

"Ocean was barely visible from our room. We were put in the pet section and had to listen to dogs bark throught out the night. Had those little ants all over the kitchen. Probably won't go back."
