"The staff were nice, but the building was a little bit outdated. Only complaint was in the middle of the night. They called us that their transportation was there, but we never booked transportation and it ruined our sleep. Other than that, the hotel was enough if you just wanted to rest."

"The room is clean but it has a weird smell, acidic in nature but the staff graciously changed our room which was much better. Shout out to all staff they were very accommodating. They helped us booked our transportation to the mall, airport to catch our red eye flight and immediately responded to fix our broken tissue holder. The price per night is also reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Unfortunately, the A/C was not working properly when we stayed. We tried to change the setting as per instruction but it was not reading it. It was comfortable but expecting a bit more colder since the "Fan" was in a full mode. The variety of food during breakfast was also limited. We came down around 7am and expected traditional menu like Tapsilog, Tosilog, BangSilog, Corn beef, Bacon. There are beef and chicken but it has Sauce that usually serve during brunch or Lunch. Although there were fruits and pastries and Cereal, I was expected more on "traditional Filipino" at that hour."

"Room smelled, something from the drainage pipes, had to go out and buy air fresheners. New hotel, no usb charging outlet. Internet never connected. One time I got connected it dropped in 10 min. They can not program room key cards, you need to turn in card so next guest can use. Room safe never worked and was not even connected to anything. They should not have opened until they get everything working"

"Hotel snow is a very inexpensive place to stay, it used to be great years ago, unfortunately these last stay was a bit disappointing. The nightly band were gone, the water heater keeps turning cold in the mid shower. The tv doesn't and wifi doesn't work. In fairness the place is clean and the staff are great."

"Didnt have a car but from what i could see there were security around the very limited parking spaces. the staff were very pleasant, costs were exorbidant for what you got, rooms were very small, floors very slippery, very difficult to maneuvre to the bar, to many stairs at the bar, no mens toilet for number 2."
