The only negative thing we noticed was that the carpet in front of the mini-fridge was heavily soiled and needed cleaning. Everything else was clean, fantastic, and in excellent working order. We had a comfortable stay.

Quiet and comfortable

Reading the reviews I was expecting a horrible experience. Its a 2 star hotel, I don't expect it to be posh. The room was clean and quite. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were floppy but there were enough to pile together. Overall a very pleasant stay, i would book it again.

The first impression walking in was great — the lobby looked nice and the front staff was friendly and welcoming. However, once I got to the room, things went downhill. There were quite a few stink bugs, the bed sheets had visible stains, and the tub was stopped up. The room also didn’t smell very good and had a faint hint of smoke. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing and not worth it. Overall, great staff and lobby area, but the room cleanliness and quality need major improvement.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable beds, awesome shower, delicious breakfasts, workers friendly and efficient knowledgeable, reasonable and would stay here again. They took such great care of their comfort inn and suites so clean and inside pool nice and clean had elevators so no going up stairs.

We arrived at 10pm and check in was smooth with friendly reception. Plenty of parking, even with lots of rooms I use. Second floor room was quiet and we did not hear any noise from other rooms. Fast, easy check out with, “have a great day” from staff as we left.

Upon arrival the front desk agent was nice and got me checked in swiftly. The room it self was clean. But the comforter on the bed was not clean. I took it off and just slept with the sheet. Breakfast was simple. I do like that they had the snack area stocked daily.

Everything was fine. Felt pet fee is excessive. We never leave our dog alone in room. He is very well housebroken and doesn’t bother anything. Makes less mess than most humans and never steals!! Employees are very friendly and helpful!

No toilet paper except what was on the roll. Breakfast was horrible. The biscuits were rock hard, 2 pieces of shriveled up sausage links in the pan and watered down apple juice. No milk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. I specifically booked a handicapped room for my mother who does not walk up and down stairs well. I assumed it would be on the first floor because if there were a fire, someone who is handicapped could not walk down the stairs well. It was on the second floor which was fine as long as there was no emergency. The handicapped rooms on the first floor had only king beds instead of two queens. Also, the breakfast was ok. We went down an hour before it closed, and some things were out. There was no original pancake mix left, the potatoes were hard, and there were no more egg omelets with cheese. The attendant did bring out more scrambled eggs.

Overpriced and not very clean

So I booked this hotel versus some of the other hotels in the area that were comparabky priced as they had some negative reviews about the pool, cockroaches, or bedbugs. Basically I wanted a clean hotel. The staff was nice as they let us check out at noon the next day instead of 11 as we asked the night before for no additional fee. However, we got there at maybe 5 PM on a Saturday and they were already out of towels, and when we went swimming the next morning, they continued to be out of pool towels. There is also a dirty diaper wrapped up by where the pool towels should be from Saturday evening and continued to be there Sunday when we checked out. I told the staff about this and they basically shrugged it off. The beds in the bedroom have space underneath them, which I don't enjoy in a hotel because things can get lost but underneath that space, there was what I hope was part of a chocolate cake. I did not want to sniff it to find out. So the positive things about this hotel are that the staff seemed nice. The room was ready when we got there the breakfast buffet had a waffle maker, and was on par with what I would expect from a continental breakfast. The TV in the room seemed fine, although it was at a weird angle And the beds were comfortable enough. The swimming pool was a little small, but it was warm enough and it was open. There was no hot tub by the pool.
