Room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast is good. Could have a bit more in the hot food department. Tends to run low. Lady at the check out counter Sunday morning is very friendly and nice.

No fault of the staff. They were friendly and very helpful. The Marriott Company in the other hand really needs to send some love to this property. Tired and worn out public area, in need a of a refresh. Maybe some plants? The carpets in the elevators were dirty and stained. The pool in the photos on the website looked so different than what was truly a tiny little pool that is adjacent to the main highway, hardly a relaxing place to take a dip. Mariott shame on you for creating such badly designed spaces. Bravo to the working people who have to execute your horrible product.

Hotel.com bookings are treated badly

I made the reservation for a King bed, non-accessible room. When we arrived they were overbooked and did not have the room we reserved. They downgraded us into an ‘accessible’ room with a TV that had no connection and the remote would not work. The toilet and towels had pubic hair on them. The toilet did not flush and the manager would not make it right since the reservation was booked on “hotels.com”. We were treated like step-children since we used your service instead of booking directly through them.

Bad check-in experience

Arrived @ hotel @ 8 pm, no one @ reception, waited 15 min then used cell to call front desk. Female clerk then came to check us in. Subsequently informed us there was nothing but handicapped rooms available in rooms with king bed. When we inquired about a reg room with 2 double beds instead, was told it wasn’t what we reserved & would cost extra. No apologies, no nothing. Horrible experience, especially for a Marriott Bonvoy member.
