"Uncomfortable room. No clothing storage. Bed was low and night stand only on one side. Air heating and cooling not functioning properly. Phone call for service answered by AI then transferred to phone that no one answers. Check in took about an hour and desk agent was unfriendly. Only 1 office chair to sit on in the room. Very LOW END experience "

"Room needed touch up on peeling wallpaper, previous bathroom repair around the tub was shoddy. Tub/shower & floor grout need to be cleaned, musty odor (possibly from carpet). Wonderful bed!!! Staff very friendly and helpful!!"

"Love the Clermont! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Located in Mid-Town Atlanta close to shops, restaurants, the beltline. Tiny Lou's in the hotel has great food and atmosphere and the bar lounge is great! "

"Everything was great! The property was very nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. While the room had some minor wear—like peeling wallpaper and a blue tint on the TV—we were rarely in the room anyway, so it didn’t make a big difference to us. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be staying here again. Keep up the great work!"
