"Very friendly and helpful staff - very responsive to common tourist questions. Rooms are close together, so can hear (and sometimes see) other hotel guests, especially if window is open. Hotel Gym is a bit small and dated, but likely not a feature many looking for when travelling to a Greek Island."

"Sheraton is not carrying its brand. Carpet in the corridor was awful and smelly. Room is ok, Staff is is really good and the view from the room is nice."

"I loved staying at Grand View Hotel for Three nights. It is a fentastic experience and mind blowing views, you can enjoy sunset daily from hotel pool area while lots of others travel to Oia or other top hills for sunset. Breakfast was amaging, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big enough for 4 of us, 2A and 2C. A free parking available on site which is add-on. I will def''ly recommend this to friends and would love to stay again here."

"Great hotel with a great location and right on the beach front, friendly & helpful staff, always kept clean and tidy which is much appreciated. The breakfast could be slightly better (a somewhat limited choice). It says that there's a gym and sauna, but there was no sign of it! It may be a case of they open up more as the season gets busier (as we went in April/early May). Also, there only seemed to be one restaurant but there's two listed on the page (again, this may have open when the summer season approaches)."

"Hotel is modern , clean and close to Fira market square. Just walk up the hill and you are in the middle of all the restaurant, night club, shops, amazing sea views. Grab good shoes for cobble stone roads. Excursion bus picked me up right infront of the hotel. Only con is no one is at the front desk until 8am. Hotel taxi comes in at 8.30am so arrange for taxi ahead of time if you want to be picked up earlier. Hotel is actually better than all the Hilton affiliates properties around there. Picture on this platform don't do it justice. I stayed 2 days and later transferred to an SLH Hilton affiliate hotel, because I had hikton points to use...which was a big mistake, I should have stayed rest of my vacation at Golden star hotel."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! It was my first solo holiday trip in years & I was feeling anxious about going alone. However, I needn't have worried, the staff always made me feel very welcomed & 'at home'. A special shout out to Lulu (Lucrezia) & Nicolas on the Animation team for their positivity & charm! Lulu ran morning stretching classes by the pool & afternoon gentle yoga by the beach. Having yoga on the programme was one of the reasons I opted for this hotel, along with the spa facilities, gym & indoor heated pool. I was given a room upgrade & the room was beautiful, overlooking the pool and sea, with a seated area to relax in with welcome water & fruit. The outdoor pools were very cold but I still braved them everyday & on the last day it was very refreshing from the heat. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have one heated outdoor pool. The indoor pool, jacuzzi & steam rooms were lovely to warm up in after too although could do with a little sprucing up! The staff at the pool bars & lifeguards were also very welcoming & helpful. Thank you to Dennis for finding my bracelets left by the pool & to Lukas & Marios for being lovely waiters :) The food was some of the best I have ever experienced in an all-inclusive buffet style. Plenty of choice & varied each day so as to not get bored. The views from the restaurant were stunning & the staff friendly & efficient. It was nice that they remembered me & that I liked to sit outside. I can't wait to come back! :) "
