"Two front desk people were inept.
I rented the room for Easter weekend because my grandkids were visiting and they were excited to use the waterpark - which was closed the whole time. I would've appreciated knowing that when I booked or I wouldn't have! Then they charge $40 for use of a roll away. "
"Good location - quite place for a day or two to stay in a best price. Rooms are decent and clean however need some renovation like in lobby area and need some more improvement in breakfast selection (very common one what we got)"
