"We did have an issue with noise and lumpy bed but the staff was great and got us a new room that resolved those issues. The rooms were clean and well kept. The lobby was lovely. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub."
"We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub. Very nice! The tub wasn’t just a regular sized tub with jets, it’s was like the size of a garden tub. Plus a separate shower as well. "
"The room was nice and clean. It appeared to be recently remodeled with new tile floor, bathroom, sink, and toilet. The air-conditioning and the heat worked well. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and informative.
The room could use thicker window treatment as the outside lights shone through the blinds. Though the toilet was new, it was quite tall and hard for me, a short person, to use. The faucet in the bathroom needs to be tightened down. I would recommend that the owner caulk around the sink faucet, the tub faucets, and controls, and around the sink backsplash, to save water getting behind these things and rotting the walls, etc..
Also, the lawn needed to be mowed, and there was quite a few items sitting around the outside of the motel."
"Mold and mildew on one side of the tub. I dropped something on the bathroom floor and when I went down to pick it up, the floor was dirty. The breakfast was not good. No plates were available, only one small yogurt in the cooler, only sugared cereal selection (Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes), and coffee machine dispensed some of the worse coffee I’ve ever had for breakfast. The waffles were good but it took two people to dispense the batter in a cup for the waffle iron. No tissues were available in the room (not a big deal). On a positive note, the linens were clean. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again in the future."
"Great price and super helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient to interstate for those traveling.
There is a pool that is not for use. Looks abandoned, so this hotel is just great for a stop on your way to somewhere."
"Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations.
Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition.
Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. There were decent toiletries in the bathroom, which was nice since I left mine in the car & didn't feel like going back out.
I do like that the place is pet-friendly for folks traveling with a pet, but the only downside was there was a dog in a nearby room that barked for about 10 minutes straight late at night & woke us up.
We will stay again when in the area."
