Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Booked a TWIN room as there was 3 adults. After checking in found it was a twin bed room and not a twin room. Understand there is no twin room at all in the hotel. This was a very bad experience. As we were late for check in we did not have any option but to accept.

Old hotel in a noisy place, very dusty location.

Not met our expectation poor location, noisy polluted air close to a very busy road.
