Hotel has everything we required. The staff was fast and efficient and very friendly. After a long flight we reached at half past midnight and it took less than a minute to check in. Breakfast was absolutely great with a wide variety of food and drinks. It was one of those hotels you would like never to leave. Location is good for us because we...

The location is super, near to the Deira city centre and metro station. The room is very clean as shown in the website. We have a comfortable stay in this hotel. Will definitely return if we visit Dubai again.

Always a great stay in Swissotel Al Ghurair. Suraya was wonderful.

Had a one night layover in Dubai thus decided to stay at a hotel close to the airport. Front desk was very welcoming when I checked in past midnight after touching down. Managed to get a room with a nice view of the creek as well. Room condition is what you would come to expect of a business hotel. Paid for breakfast in advance during check-in, but on hindsight I probably would have skipped it (wouldn't really rate it value-for-money).
