Most of all, we had lost an important card and maria, was a great assistance helping us look for it in the lobby, hallway and the breakfast area. She was also helpful in bringing extra towels. She found our valuable card for us. Kudos to Maria. The windows on the hotel were extremely dirty, sorry to say, but thought I should mention that.
