"We had an absolutely wonderful 5-star stay at the Scottish Fairway Inn in Monterey! We traveled as a family with our kid, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating and family-friendly. Our room was excellent—extremely clean, neat, well-maintained, and comfortable for all of us. It gave us total peace of mind knowing how hygienic and tidy everything was. While they didn't offer breakfast during our stay, if they ever do in the future, I have no doubt it would be super excellent based on how great everything else was! The location was perfect, the staff was friendly, and the entire experience was top-notch. We highly recommend this inn to any family visiting the area and will definitely be back!"

"My friend and I stayed in a double queen room at the Pacific Inn in Monterey. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The sink was open to the room with a private shower/bathtub with toilet combo. The room included a table with 2 chairs so we could comfortably eat take-out food and play cards when desired. There's a reasonably priced restaurant within a short walking distance for good breakfasts and lunches. We didn't try it for dinner, but likely would be good down-home cooking then too. The gentleman who checked us in and out was kind, efficient and professional. The Pacific Inn is not especially close to sightseeing venues, but was fairly easy to navigate to and from venues when driving. The reasonable cost for the Pacific Inn made it worth the minor inconvenience. We agreed that we recommend this motel and would stay at the Pacific Inn again."

"The Best Western De Anza Inn is located in a nice area, is well maintained and is easily accessible. Staff are helpful, quick, friendly and professional, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We, 4 adults and 2 kids under 2, had adjoining rooms and both were clean, comfortable and convenient. Our beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows. The liquid soaps in the bathroom smell amazing and the towels are large and fluffy. The breakfast area was clean, the continental breakfast had a make-your-own waffle station, hard-boiled eggs, breads, cereals, instant oatmeal, milk, juices and coffee. We come to Monterey a few times a year, and we will be staying here next time too."
