"The property itself is old, dirty, they did not provide us with utensils, nor towels, the heater was not working and it was a very cold night, staff was not friendly, definitely needs improvement. "

"The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area."

"The place is clean and everything but I had a hard time getting on the wifi. Also there is no desk in the apt. Wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have to work in the evenings. The staff is really friendly though. "

"La primera vez que fui y es un lujo!! Bowling, ping pong, pool y mas juegos todo incluido con la estadia, mas actividades acuaticas, la comida un 10 muy buenos chef, el staff siempre atento nos trataron como reyes y me reconocieron el estado VIP de expedia entonces tuve una botella de Sparkling White Wine gratis. Volveria sin dudas"

"El hotel adoptó un gato como mascota y me encanta. Es muy cariñoso y atento al punto que me estaba esperando cuando salí de la habitación y me guió hasta el mesón.
