"The front desk worker who checked us in the night we arrived tried to charge me extra money. When I asked what the amount was for he told me it was a deposit, resort fee and the balance owed. I told him I paid in full and he told me to “prove it”. When I showed my receipt he got even madder. "

"We visited off season, so yes things are slower and they are gearing up renovations for the summer season. The bathroom was very cold because there are no vents in there. This is kind of expected since the hotel is older. We kept the door closed to keep the room warmer. Staff was friendly, inviting and very helpful. Yes I would recommend a stay here. "

"The breakfast was real nice and no we couldn't see the beach it was a block away. We had a wonderful time. Even with it being cool ( in the 40's) and the strong wind."
