"I liked the location being across State Street from the Ohio State House where I needed to be. There is an open, old bag of ice in the freezer of the refrigerator in the room that should be removed and the freezer cleaned. To do so will require thawing the freezer but it's unsightly."

"I had an issue with check in and the bathroom shower. At check in, my card was charged 3x’s and an unnecessary fee was added. We stayed in a loft room and when you took a shower, the tub was filling up like a bath at the same time. Price & location was good. Not sure if I’ll stay there in the future."

"The parking lot was just repaved so it was a dream. Even as busy as they were, we were able to park close to our room. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Perfect for sleeping after a long day at Sonic Temple! I will say, the shower in the room was the best shower I ever had! A rainfall shower head with perfect pressure!!! I was in heaven!! The AC seemed like it had to work hard to keep the room cool, but we brought a fan so it wasn't a bother. We stayed 5 nights and no one bothered us. Even with it being booked for the festival, there wasn't any outside disturbances or rowdy crowds. Taco Bell, Raising Cains and McDonalds were all within walking distance. 2 being right across the parking lot. Definitely recommend and will book again for next year's festival. "

"The walls where dirty as long as you went down to the counter they were very helpful. If you called them on the phone, you constantly get put on, hold. And it was very horrible experience i don't even know if I was talking to anyone. It was actually in the hotel it seemed like they were off sight. And unable to help me."
