"The room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a terrific job. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. When I mentioned that I was using the microwave on the B to heat water for my tea. The young lady at the desk had an electric kettle sent up to my room."

"As Expedia VIP members who frequent luxury hotels, we were extremely disappointed by the service here. We called twice in advance two weeks before and the day before to confirm that engagement photos were permitted for guests. Despite this, staff interrupted us three separate times during our shoot to demand ID and room numbers. It was unprofessional and felt like harassment, especially after we did our due diligence to follow every rule. While the historic look is beautiful on TikTok, the service does not match the aesthetic. We expected much better for such a significant life event. March 1, 2026, room 106."

"Was under minor construction room was great.very clean. Bed was broke but nothing crazy. Couldn't control the thermostat or it was off had a letter to call the desk next to the thermostat but I just went about my business other people might of had a problem with this. Was a lil warm for me but heyy. Roof lobby and gym was real nice. Between the 2 restaurants the Irish par seemed to be swanging lol didn't get a chance to stop by it though. Onsight parking was nice "
