"We were locked out of our room for a while, the maintenance man was finally able to get the door fixed. There were cleaning supplies left in our room. The breakfast staff seemed very interested in tips. The glasses for the drinks at breakfast were unusually small."

"The hotel is well situated near shopping, eateries, and medical institutions. The hotel is very quiet and well insulated. Having a full kitchen (minus oven) is a really nice feature"

"The staff was incredibly kind and accomodating. The pool area is incredible & the outdoor pool being open in March was such a plus. The rooms are cute. The TV allows you to log into your streaming services, sonmych better than just locsl cable. The breakfast was decent. I love that there is a pool table and very comfortable lounge. We will 100% be booking at TRU again in the near future! "

"Excellent customer service on both our stays. Easy check in, bar and restaurant staff were first class. "

"The outlets where sparking, the phone was both broken and disconnected from the wall, the refrigerator was at room temperature, the only chair in the handicap assessable room was a wheeled office chair on hard uncarpeted floors. The staff was belligerent and did not keep promises. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear all your neighbors' goings on. The room also did not have a bathroom sink you will need to wash your hands in the other room. Also, the hot water did not work the second night. On the upside the sheets and towels appear to have been laundered, the door locked, and the room the seemed to be waterproof. And if you are into it there are plenty of ladies of negotiable affections at hand."
