"Steep steps into the building, I ended up using the ramp. Check-in needed ID which I think could have been done via the app in advance. Enjoyed the room although some corridor noise, a second door from the hall or a better room door would have been good. If you are disturbed very much depends on the other guests. Some parts of the hotel looked unfinished but I think this might have been the 'look'. Bed comfortable enough. Restaurant downstairs was good service but average food. Not much in the immediate area but close to the Metro."

"Centrally located. Nice room and EXCELLENT breakfast. Only negative was the check in. We asked if we could change from 2 twins to a double and also didn’t need the parking but were told we couldn’t change what we had booked. Also, 2 of us in line waiting and front desk clerk kept taking phone calls instead of helping those of us in front of him."

"The hotel was the best location to stay. It’s centrally located with a short walk or short enjoyable tram ride. The Central Train Station & Tram station are directly across the street from the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, modern & clean. "

"Beautiful reimagining of a historic building into a modern hotel that is welcoming and comfortable. The location is lovely and walkable to everything Delft has to offer (a lot!). We visited in June when the weather was particularly warm and sunny. The trip was highly enjoyable in part due to the weather and in part due to the warm service from nearly everyone we met in the hotel. As very regular travellers, we really appreciate service that is above and beyond the usual standard! We would recommend the hotel to our friends!"
