Staff were so unhelpful. Lack of English was no excuse. They were just rude. Manager was the worst one. Door to our hotel room wouldn't open. Told them numerous times still nothing was done about it. Stay was very unpleasant.

Broken boiler, had to change room. Holes in the wall, noisy late at night. Transfer from airport very expensive, better take a taxi. Food in room only.

Nice hotel . It is budget hotel best for transit person. It's very close to IGI Airport and Aerocity Metro Station.
