Petit déjeuner moyen ( fruits pas mûrs, viennoiserie industrielle..., manque de laitage)
Salle d'eau trop petite "

"Loved the pool. The villa was really clean and bright. You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. It was nice that when requested, they quickly delivered an iron and ironing board since it wasn't already inside our villa. The whole property was really clean and well maintained. "This is truly THE place to stay in Chania, in my opinion. It's a very nice hotel, waterfront, amazing breakfast, great staff, walkable to tons of restaurants and shopping. SO FUN!!
I didn't pay extra for the water view, but we had a side tiny patio with a water view if you look sideways. I really loved this hotel.
We were starving when we arrived, and we were talked into eating at the restaurant right next to the hotel (the restaurant guy said they had amazing food - we weren't sure about that, but the beautiful waterfront tables were amazing). Well -- we had the BEST spaghetti bolognaise me and my sister have ever had. For $10 the serving was huge for both of us splitting. We actually went back the next night for more spaghetti. Great find!!!"
"The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and lovely views of both the mountains and the sea. The shared pool access rooms are definitely worth it and really enhanced the experience. The pool bar was also a highlight, and Elissa in particular provided fabulous service throughout our stay.
That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of what you would expect from a true 5* hotel. The vegetarian food options were quite limited and unfortunately was not very good overall. We also found the reception staff fairly unhelpful, starting from check-in where we were simply handed an information sheet rather than being properly welcomed or briefed on the hotel. To make matters worse, some of the information provided was inaccurate — for example, the à la carte restaurant was advertised as open for dinner bookings, but we later discovered it only operated two nights a week, meaning we were unable to get a reservation during our stay.
Drinks were another disappointment. While using non-premium brands isn’t necessarily an issue, the menu was misleading in places — for example, the Aperol Spritz was advertised as containing Aperol, but was instead made with a much cheaper alternative, which noticeably affected the quality.
Overall, I’d say the hotel has the facilities and appearance of a 5* resort, but the service and attention to detail felt much closer to a 4* experience."
"Breakfast was excellent every day of our 5 day stay. It was the cleanest hotel room we have seen. All the staff were helpful during our stay. Thalia was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us making reservations, giving directions and advice. She arranged for a car rental for us that was much cheaper than airport rates and they delivered the car to us at the hotel. We kept it during our whole remaining stay in Crete. We were very happy with Thalia’s suggestions. We took the airport bus to the main Chania bus station which is only a two blocks from the hotel. We liked the hotel so much we even extended our stay by another day. Excellent place to stay in Chania!!!"
"The front desk associates were very informative and provided helpful advice. We highly recommend the store across the street, ELAIA, for outstanding service. The owner provided information from olive oil, honey to skin care products - a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and personable. The views from the hotel are beautiful and while not a huge beach, it is nice and cozy with 2 pools and plenty of room for couples or families."
