"I know this hotel is not brand new, but it looks it. The rooms are decorated very nicely. The room I paid for and saw pictures of was not the room I was in; it was way better. This would've been a great room to be in if we were moving and needed a place to live for a few months. Big room, two TVs, huge bathroom, the list goes on. The only downside, and the stopped around 10pm, is the road that goes between the hotel and the Destiny USA mall. It sounded like people were street racing out there and you can head that clearly in the hotel, it at least in our room. But 10 pm it was silent, but before that, good luck getting a kid, it yourself, to sleep. All in all, I'll gladly return here. Especially for the breakfast. We enjoyed the happy hour the night before, but the breakfast in the morning, that's was included with the meal, was outstanding. Everything you can imagine for breakfast, plus, made to order omelets. Stay here and see for yourself."
"The staff was fantastic, the room was cute and the pool was great! The only down fall is the bed was not overly comfortable. Other than that I’d definitely stay here again just for the great staff and awesome amenities"
"Room was clean, Bed was comfortable. Furniture a bit mismatched but Who cares. Parking a bit of an issue, Handicapped parking taken up by cars that don't Have handicapped tags and don't move. I have stayed here several times and they always accommodate my need for a first-floor room. I will stay here again soon."
"The hotel and casino overall are well maintained clan and modern. Rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the wait staff and the staff in the Birch gift shop. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. They advertise 4 restaurants. Burgers of Madison County and the fireside lounge essentially serve the same menu. We had dinner at the forest grill. Beautiful venu. Average food for above average prices. In the morning we got coffee and pastries at the perfect pour and pour express. Every pastry we purchased looked better than it tasted by far. The only positive I could say about these eateries is they give you a $5 coupon upon arrival and most items are $5 or less."
