"Outlets were sparking when you plugged things in. Light kept going out in desk. Staff needs to better control unruly children destroying property in the game area. Wedding party was out of control. One guy was drunk and passed out, members from party put him on luggage rack and wheeled him around, neither staff member even cared to address these issues. Stay here a few times a year and this is by far the worst stay ever. Seems it’s getting to be a free for all to do whatever you want. For the price patrons pay, we shouldn’t have to deal with these issues. Gaming room is from 10am-10pm and they allow it to start way before time waking first floor up and letting them play after the 10pm as well. There is no supervision in pool area, children run wild. They even swim before and after 9 pm. What’s the point of having rules and set hours if it’s not enforced. Don’t tell me to get a different room on higher floor, that’s not the point. Breakfast was a joke. We ended up going out to eat instead. Very disappointed with this stay. I will reconsider staying elsewhere."
"I understand that they are renovating the hotel. But in the shower was grout that was stuck to the main area of the shower. The toilet seal was super dirty and moldy. And the faucet in the restroom was also stained with grout. Breakfast was cold. But De’Angela was a beautiful soul that greeted us with such positivity that we needed after a long stressful day of driving."
"I won’t stay anywhere else in Lima! This hotel is clean/conveniently located, and the staff is very friendly. I have stayed multiple times and will continue to rebook at this property for all my trips to Lima."
