Séjour très agréable, personnel à l’écoute. Cependant des bruits d’écoulement d’eau se sont fait entendre dans la chambre 129 au milieu de la nuit jusqu’au matin, ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter d’un sommeil réparateur

Accueil surprenant, 1 seule personne à l’accueil entre attente liée aux clients et téléphone qui sonne …. Enfin une fois enregistré, monte à la chambre qui surprenant n’avait pas été faite du tout à 17h30. Redescendu pour expliquer ma surprise…non ce n’est pas possible la chambre à été faite…puis montée pour constater effectivement non faite et demande à une femme de chambre de la faire …. 40mn d’attente avec un jus de fruit servi en excuse chambre enfin prête.. à 118€ la nuit pour un 3 étoiles mille excuses mais non ça ne le fait pas… par contre accueil au restaurant très professionnel.

L’accueil est parfait, le personnel est au top ! Propreté / situation géographique / confort… encore parfait ! Gros bémol; pas d’alcool servi au restaurant ni de bar. Pas même du vin ou de la bière. Nous avons dû sortir manger à l’extérieur…

Cet hôtel sera bientôt probablement de grande qualité : cadre splendide et emplacement parfait à 100m de l'aéroport. A ce stade néanmoins, on est en droit de penser qu'il a été ouvert assez prématurément (piscine, batiments adjacents et espaces verts en travaux). Pour l'instant, on sent également l'équipe en rodage : en particulier, il va falloir améliorer assez considérablement les renseignements à offrir aux clients pour les repas du soir. Dans l'attente de la conclusion des travaux, on aurait pu s'attendre à des "décotes" sur le tarif...

Ça fait du bien d être bien accueilli, la direction et l’équipe sont simplement bienveillante et à disposition !! Le cadre est sublime en attente du restaurant et de la piscine qui se termine Bravo à subis d’avoir tenté l’aventure à Mayotte
