"A decent place with great workers. Hamza was awesome by all means. The apartment was spacious and the room size was decent. For some reason my booking wasn’t visible to them although it was confirmed and fully paid. As a result they had to put me on another adjacent building for one night and then we got moved back to the promise. Slight inconvenience but it worked out eventually. The bathroom was small and the roads to the apartment is steep. Very good place for families. "

"I can't say enough about this hotel. We had an outstanding experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The staff were attentive, polite and fabulous. The location of the hotel was as good as you could expect - close to the edge of the manic and exciting Trabzon market area. The breakfast was an experience - lots of different foods and very high quality and great presentation. Overall, this hotel puts most of the many US hotels I've stayed in to shame. Thanks for the great experience!"
