"We did enjoy the hot tub in our room but we had to get the cleaning lady clean it a little better to our liking. And the counters were not cleaned properly. The bed was clean and comfy! The room was big and even had a balcony but with snow we didn't use it. But in the Summer this would be perfect!"

"If there had been somewhere else to go, I would have left. Many parents did find different accommodations. There was hair in the bed and towels hung on the back of the door. It was obviously not clean. Hair in the shower. Other parents found Kleenex in their bed.The staff was nice however they were often unavailable either by phone or standing in the main office for 15 to 20 minutes with nobody there."

We cherished our stay so much that we've already made a reservation for July, as we anticipate that the town of Gananoque is more tranquil in the winter compared to the vibrant spring and summer months. "The breakfast supplied was virtually nonexistent ... packaged muffins and breakfast bars, yogurt, apples and bananas. They should not be able to advertise that they provide breakfast. Also, their towels are small and thin, as is their toiletries."
