"This was an incredible location to visit. The house is historic, but well taken care of. As we checked in, my wife and I felt like we stepped off the street and into the secret garden. "Great stay near mountains and SPA. The hotel staff are amazing: Olena and her colleague from reception and the cleaning man that was adorable. The cleaning lady was very unfriendly, not giving us any choice regarding cleaning time and forcing herself in our room while we still were in PJ . The room cleaning is only once a week and she stayed less than 10 minutes, not even vacuuming of sweeping the floor - just changed our towels...I also met her another day at the reception and no hello, no sorry, she just interrupted us to get a paper from the receptionist- totally unacceptable behaviour for me. The rooms are great : clean, spacious, lots of equipment like fridge, safe, mini kitchenette...The proximity to the SPA is a real plus and all the rooms have fantastic views (this was our 5th stay in 3 years, this time we stayed 10 days). The hotel looks very safe with access codes and it is very quiet. We'll be back and I hope I won't see that cleaning lady again."
