"Not great location but lovely apartment & very clean. Booked for 5 nights but had to leave after 3 nights due to deafening constant building work noise. Was about 2 miles from Demre centre so a car is essential as no bars/restaurants/shops etc.. nearby. Whilst apartment was lovely, it lacked lots of basics, bath mats, tea towel, plates. It could be lots better. Not very private, 3 times people just walked through the garden."

"I’m an Expedia Gold Member since 2011. I don't get pleased easily but this property is top notch compared to others in Kas. Let's say it's my favorite for now! I just wish they have more English speakers to accommodate nonnatives. "

"The apartments did not have kitchen supplies as: salt, wash detergent etc. Fourth floor with very narrow steps made impossible taking up the luggage. Very low ceilings, I am 189 and I bumped on them a dozen times a day. Water leaks from the shower cabin to the floor. Mattress is sluggish on one side, so during the night my wife rolled down all the time."

"The penthouse apartment we stayed in was perfect for our group with amazing views of the sea and town. Clean, comfortable and great location close to the main square. The only thing that could make this even better and a 5/5 is if there was coffee available to brew. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. This would have been a great addition to enjoy on the balcony in the morning. Otherwise no complaints and would highly recomend this to anyone staying in Kas! Thank you"

"Lovely setting overlooking Kas harbour and the islands , a £2.50 cab ride from the bus station ,strongly advised as the hill is not for the faint hearted, ok walking down though, modern facilities enable you to cater for yourself, i would highly recommend this property "

"The location looks a bit odd at first as the area is developing and is by a main road, but the hotel is well equipped and clean with a lovely pool area. What made our stay great was the family running it who were lovely. We weren’t sure where to eat so asked at the hotel and they cooked us a really delicious meal! We would happily stay again as it was practical and very good value."

"I loved this place! Amazing views, great hosts - super friendly and knowledgeable. We met most of the other families staying there too at breakfast which was a very social affair. I can’t recommend this enough, all types of accommodation from hobbit house to raised stilted duplex (this is where we were). "Very clean. The garden is lovely. It has two outdoor shaded sitting areas. Lots of beautiful greenery. We saw banana trees. There is free guest parking. We stayed in Bahce 1, which is on the ground floor. It was relaxing and restful, and has a small balcony for two people to drink tea. Everything is well shaded and not very hot in our apartment. Very modern and well decorated. The bathroom walls were all marble and the shower had a rain shower in it. There was hot water, but it's hot only...

"We were only two people and had a nice stay. It’s a great place if you have a car and staying for a few days in Kas as it’s in a quiet area. The family are lovely, they don’t speak English but it wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
