INADMISIBLE EN UN HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELLAS

Las villas son amplias y bastante nuevas pero tuvimos un par de incidentes que no me dejaron buen sabor de boca. En un hotel de esta categoría esperas mucho mas. ...Estuvimos alojados dos días en una d elas suites de 2 habitacioness y habiendo avisado que la bañera de hidromasaje no funcionaba nos fuimos sin poder hacer uso de ella ya que no pasaron a solucionar el problema. Además tampoco pasaron a limpiar las habitaciones algo que me parece inadmisible. Avise que íbamos con 2 niñas pequeñas y que necesitábamos que pasaran antes de las 2, habiendo dejado la habitación a las 10 libre entiendo que es tiempo suficiente para poder limpiar. Aparecieron a las 3.30 con prisas porque a las 4 acaban y por supuesto con las 2 niñas haciendo la siesta les dije que se marcharan. Lo siento pero por bonitas que sean la instalaciones en un hotel de 5 estrellas no pueden suceder esta cosas...Es verdad que nos dejaron salir a las 14h en lugar de a las 12h pero aún así creo que tiene un grave problema de personal de limpieza y mantenimiento .
