I stayed at the hotel for about a week with my family booking other rooms. First night was in the courtyard, the mattress is very lumpy and you can feel the springs. The courtyard room is quit dated and dark but the shower was pretty good compared to the ones inside the main building. The rest of the stay was inside the main building, which recently has gone through a big renovation. It became clear during the stay that they are understaffed and the staff are new/not trained enough. I asked...

The property was spacious and reasonably priced. The service staff were really helpful and I appreciate their hospitality. My only gripe was that our room was next to the kitchen and there was this smell emanating into the corridor from there. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay in Stirling. Thank you very much.

Front desk manager is very helpful.

Overall a pleasant stay.the bed comfort and quality of the room was high. One small niggle was that the bathroom was very cold, and the heating grill was not working. We reported to reception on our first night but nothing was done. Housekeeping was ok, although toiletries were not replenished and we had to ask for additional toiletries. Staff were a little aloof and cold, without a smile or a greeting when we came or left. Overall a decent product, if not the best.

In short, i have all praises and no complain. Big, clean room. Enjoy the breakfast; it has a omelette station:]. A nice gym that has boxing bags. Fast charge in and out. Friendly staff. Excellent location; Near to the two main train stations, grocery and the shops.

Great location for teh overnight stop for the airport - had a lovely meal,

Check-in time is at 3pm. I reached there around 10am , just wanted to drop off my bags and check-in at 3pm. The staff is so nice, he checked the system and told me that the room is ready to check-in. When i went into the room, out to my shock, its so super clean. I would recommend to stay there and will go back again. Thumbs up.
