Everything was fine at check in since it was late and we had to rest for the night. The room was clean but when we went to sleep and woke up scratching ourselves in the morning we found some very small bugs under the covers. It was like they didn’t change the sheets. I took some pictures and we left.

We got a room with 3 bed options due to our family dynamic. The hotel did not have bedding for the extra hideabed. Why offer an additional bed and no bedding? All they gave us was one extra sheet. Not worth what we paid. One plus, the breakfast was decent.

The breakfast was amazing, We didn’t like the surprise fee of $60 for our two small dogs. The website stated it was Pet Friendly, but never mentioned an additional fee. Our dogs stayed in the kennel the entire time because there were some stains on the carpet we didn’t want them blamed for. We still think we should be credited for this due to the failure of not disclosing it on your website. Thank you
