It was a very festive Mother’s Day celebration, one we really enjoyed! The atmosphere was diverse, very friendly and cozy, it was a wonderful way to celebrate Mom’s! We felt safe and secure. Our only concern was seeing a vehicle parked on the ramp portion of the handicapped spaces and seeing an elderly man with a walker have to park far away from the front entrance after all the handicapped spaces were taken. We realize it was an unusually large crowd with many guests arriving just to celebrate with their families in the restaurant/bar/lobby. We highly recommend it, even for locals who just need a great atmosphere to break away from the norm like we did. Thank you for great friendly service and the deliciously warm, fresh baked cookie was a wonderful surprise!

Great overall experience. However, one of our family member's car was broken in to despite there being a large security truck with flashing lights park 60 ft away from it.

Our stay was a one night for a family of 4. Overall the hotel was very nice and pleasant the staff upon checking in was very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only down fall but was the noise from the highway for the room that was giving to us but it didn't bother us at all. Will stay again on our next visit

Nice property nice staff and a very confortable bed. for the most part a pleasant stay… As I was checking out I asked for some hot water for my tea and they wanted to charge me. Again, they wanted to charge me for hot water.!

We flew in for a short trip specifically to attend a concert at Red Rocks. The fact that this hotel offers free shuttle to and from the airport was HUGE. It is a very nice hotel and that extra perk sealed the deal. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our car was broken into and the staff just shrugged and pointed to signs saying they are not responsible. Aurora is a very scary place.

Toilet in room was clogged the first day we arrived. Shower constantly dripped, even after engineer fixed it. Shower handle probably needs to be replaced. Shower head is on wrong side of shower, so that when you turn on the water you get hit with initial cold water because you have to reach around glass wall to turn on the water -- poor design.

The allocated parking space for cars were extremely small, even for the smallest vehicle. Each car had to park into the other space in hopes to properly fit.

This is my second time staying at Doubletree Hotel. There bed was really hard and hurt my back. I didn’t like they cut off the Wi-Fi on the seventh day and I was staying for 8 days. Breakfast is not free but they keep advertising saying it’s free.

This hotel was very nice, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is reasonably priced, has good food, and had gluten free options for my son who has celiac. Our request for adjoining rooms was easy. The rooms are comfortable and the noise level was low.
