The hotel itself was fine. Check-out time is 11:00 am, so we were hoping to sleep in after a late night. Instead, we were awakened shortly after 9am by housekeeping staff (assumed since they were in the hallway when we left) knocking on the door and opening it. We had the safety latch in place so they couldn't open it all the way. Normally, we'd hang the do not disturb sign on the door but there wasn't one. It wasn't a pleasant way to wake up and shouldn't happen before check-out time.

We appreciate your feedback. It seems there were misses regarding certain amenities and room facilities. We strive to provide a comfortable stay which includes a variety of room options. Additionally, while not all our rooms offer mountain views, we encourage guests to request their preferred views at the time of booking. This critique will prove insightful as we look for ways to enhance our guest experience.
Only thing I didn't like was the marijuana store right across the street from the lobby, terrible smell when the front door opens, other than that my stay for two days was excellent.

I booked this property because it was listed as having a pool, however it’s an outdoor pool and was not open. Disappointing that Expedia included it as an amenity when not available.

The hotel was fine and clean, however, parking was my biggest issue. It personally doesn’t make sense to pay for parking when you’re paying to stay at a hotel. There is a car wash right next door which makes it noisy in the mornings, not a big problem just not pleasant.

Quiet room, comfy bed, nice towels. Shampoo and body wash bottles in shower were empty. Breakfast waitstaff were very nice.
Only issue is there is a weed dispensary and Adult Dance Bars across the street. Very little street noise audible indoors.

Hotel is clean and nice and was a good price, the room was nice however was VERY hot (like 76*), with no way to cool it down as the desk told us the system was old and even at the lowest setting, wouldn’t blow cold. Other than that, we liked it a lot

We will never use this hotel again.
We were so upset that Double Tree Hilton would not work with us at all when our concert was canceled. We tried to cancel on the 15th and our reservation was on the 18th. We called numerous times and spoke to numerous people, but no one was willing to help with something beyond our control. We had proof that the artist canceled short notice and we are from out of state. Still, no one would help and we were charged an entire night even though we tried canceling well before 24hrs.
