Some walkable restaurants. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Please hire more people. They seemed short staffed. Credit to the staff for hanging in there!

I booked two rooms (through Expedia) at this property. When arrived I was told I only booked one room and after being told they were oversold they finally found me the second room and charged me more for that room. The person at the check in counter was curt and very unprofessional.

Thank you for letting us know about this issues you experienced, We understand you booked 2 rooms online but unfortunately the 3rd party DID NOT send over the second reservation to our system. However, we do not tolerate that type of behavior from our staff and it will be addressed.

Pretty much as expected. Front desk staff was great! Screws attaching the security lock to the door frame in the room were loose and/or stripped. Ice machine on second floor did not work.

I was surprised how nice this room was for the price. It was actually fully remodeled, not just one small thing slapped in and called fully remodeled. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was really nice.

The hotel was nice for the price. It was one of the cheapest that night. It provided me everything I needed. The property itself needs some fixes. Buttons to the elevator were broken.

Curtains hanging off the walls, bathtub faucet was crooked and loose, paint chipped all over, carpet stains, bed linens smelled, whole third floor smelled like pot, and the list goes on. Extremely thin walls; this hotel did have good water pressure though!

One restaurant in the area and it was good, the surrounding area is pretty rough lots of people hanging around drinking and whatever. Hotel was nice but did not feel safe.

Although this hotel appears new on the outside it is undergoing interior construction which was ongoing at 9pm the night I arrived. So much work going on elevators were not available for guests as they were in use by employees. My TV did not work and I was told 1.How to fix my issue 2. That someone would fix it 3. That BO TV/cable was working in the entire 3rd floor. Parking area seemed unsafe/dirty/overflowing dumpsters. Not returning

We were not able to stay at Sleep Inn & Suites. Upon our arrival we were informed that we had been moved to a nearby hotel due to Sleep Inn being full of illegal immigrants sent there by the city of Denver. The hotel we were moved to was also full of same. THe staff did what they could, but there hands were tied by the City. there were hundreds of people hanging around outside of the hotel, in the hallways, smoking weed, etc. It was dreadful. Breakfast was useless as two hundred migrants were in line for the hot food and rendered the entire dining area unusabe. I do not blame the hotels, unless they agreed to this. The City of Denver is an embarassment.

We were moved to another hotel (confort Inn) with same owner. The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. In the morning there wasn't any breakfast items not even coffee.

Good hotel!
My overall experience was great! The staff was friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The downside is that the quilt is a little bit short. Also, it was not super quiet at night.

When we showed up to the hotel, the entire parking lot was full of people playing soccer, hanging out, and hanging out of windows in the hotel. My daughter and wife stayed in the car so I could go in and see what was going on. The entire lobby was full of refugees as well just hanging out. We along with two other couples who were checking in asked because we were not sure about the safety of the hotel. The staff never gave us a real answer, we determine s they were illegals immigrants who were allowed to stay at the hotel. One of the most bizarre stays we have ever had. Definitely did not feel safe.

look like it Wanted to be updated, but they're still a couple of things that need to be updated or fixed in the room. There's a big stain on carpet. Some walls or chip, corners peeling it brings down the aesthetic of hotel

After 100 times, We are Breaking up!
First of all, we probaly stay at either the Mainstay or Sleep Inn about 30 times a year. When we checked in before our trip for the night 5 days before, we found a small insect, not to name names. Took it to the front desk and tried to tell me it was a wasp which is clearly was not, we are not dumb. They refused to change rooms. Since we stay so often we were like, well at least its just one and took our chances. Then we had reservations for the return night after our trip only to find out that we had been upgraded to the Comfort Inn next door. Why, because the owners have taken in immigrants and turned this place into a slump house! It is scary! People everywhere outside WHY! They have lost my business. pretty soon it will turn into the projects. No longer safe.

The property is older. The elevator was not working and I was put on the second floor So I had to fumble my way up to flights of stairs with a two year old and our bags. The staff told me to keep the baby close to me because people were crazy around there. I appreciated the heads up however I did not feel safe after that.
