Not what we were expecting. Basically apartment room on the ground level of a multiplex. Rooms were new, but felt like you were in a garage basement apartment. I wouldn't stay here again for this price.

We had a great stay at the Sonder Artesian. The property was in a great location, beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean. As two women traveling together, we felt very safe. The price point was excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a decent place to stay, but don't require the amenities of a hotel.

Really enjoyed staying here with my parents, easy to access, clear communication on entry instructions. The apartment was cute and allowed us some privacy for our stay! The only downside was parking, we got a ticket for being overnight and the washer/dryer was a combo unit which means the "drying" didn't totally dry. Please keep in mind that those things I listed as "downsides" wouldn't keep me from coming back! Still a really great alternative to other short term rentals!

Best value and quality for any trip

I had a great stay while in town for a conference. Not only way my stay with Sonder significantly better priced than the major hotel brands, it was bigger, more comfortable and better equipped for my stay. Also really appreciate the clear communication.

Nice place, but not a hotel!

This was a wonderful space for our family, and we were impressed with the quick text responses to our questions! Unfortunately, the parking was quite difficult and we had to park (as well as did others) in a no parking zone, or Uber to our car. We were also surprised that we could not have an hour late check out (I had a conference call ending right as check out was required), and were told to sign up for the app to pay the late fee. We ended up just throwing stuff in suitcases and getting out on time. Not the ending to our wonderful stay that I had hoped for!

This property is awesome! I was close to choosing another location due to some negative reviews but I’m so glad I didn’t and chose Sonder The Artesian. Very close to so many things.

The room was beautiful. The problem was that the Sonder check in process was very difficult. I had problems accessing my confirmation number because of Sonders computer systems.The keypad was old and hard to input. There were groups of people standing around the hotel’s front door drinking and their presence made checking in stressful—yes there was boom boxes and open alcohol on the sidewalk in front of the hotel entrance. So a beautiful room for a good price, but a challenging check in experience and I was not the only one who experienced challenges. I would definitely not recommend Sonder to a solo female traveler.

This was an ok place to stay, convenient to downtown and lots of cafes and restaurants. Parking was difficult but check in and out easy and accommodation was sufficient for our needs. Clean and well maintained. Comfy bed and nice shower. It was noisy but to be expected in the area.

Location is perfect! Right in the heart of the Highlands Neighborhood ❤️ restaurants coffee and shopping right out the front door . CLP is a wonderful shopping experience! Located right next door. Beautiful handmade jewelry! A must on the shopping list! The room was equipped with everything you needed! And the most comfy cozy bed!! Enjoy!!

I adored this place. Nice quiet spot. I do wish it stayed there was no front desk and that the check in services was self done. If I had known that I would’ve paid ahead of time for early check in so that the room would’ve been available and we wouldn’t have had to wait 3 hours, as our flight did get in early. Other than it i absolutely recommend this areas

Okay, so parking was horrendous, and the street can be noisy. This has nothing to do with the property and should just be taken into consideration when staying. Overall Sonder was pleasant.

The check in process was incredibly invasive with a requirement for a facial scan. If I had any alternative which I did not since you already charged me for the room I would have refused. You should not do business with a property that requires the guests image to be captured in 3 D for what use -unknown. It might be illegal to require this. I will never stay at one of their properties again and will do everything I can to keep others from making the same mistake I did.
