our car (along with 2 others) were broken into overnight, windows shattered. When the police arrived, they informed us that there were a couple break ins the previous night and happens frequently in that parking lot. The hotel does not have cameras around the perimeter of the building. They charge you to park, not sure for what as their lot isn’t secure in any way. It doesn’t seem that management is taking this issue seriously as there are quite a few reviews on multiple sites detailing a similar experience and there has been no changes to security, or notices to people staying alerting to theft in their parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend staying here strictly because of the safety concerns.

The situation is unfortunate.Vehicle break-ins and theft are not uncommon in this area of the Denver Metro. It is certainly not exclusive to the Staybridge Suites. We have a significant number of signs posted in the parking areas informing guests that parking is provided "at your own risk" and encouraging people not to leave valuables in the car. Glendale Police have their hands full trying to stop these break-ins and thefts from happening and have recently committed to doing more frequent patrols in our area. There were 3 vehicles broken into over the weekend at the hotel. It does not happen often but has happened in the past.We are very sorry this happened to Ms. Hurley. Certainly, we would waive parking fees for anyone who has this experience.David WeissGeneral Manager

Bed was super confortable. The front desk guy wasn’t very friendly. The breakfast at 8:30 was almost done and when I asked for refills the kitchen ladies didn’t have a good attitude as If I was asking them to bring me thing from their house and not like that was their job to keep stocked the breakfast area until 9. But overall the room are super nice almost like new and the cleaning ladies super nice and attentive.

My one complaint about Staybridge Suites is that the thermostat keeps going into standby and dropping the temperature. It means that you start getting cold and then realize the furnace has turned off. And because it's a wall unit with forced air, it makes you colder before it makes you warmer, and then doesn't really heat up the entire room before limiting itself to 74 degrees and shutting off again. I love the layout of the rooms, but in a cold Denver December, the wonky furnace type and programmed settings will have me rethinking whether I book them again, at least in the winter.

Stay Here! 2nd Visit Just as Amazing as the First!
If you are tied between this hotel, and another--STAY HERE! This was our 2nd visit after an amazing first visit. This hotel is staffed with the nicest people, and is conveniently located within 10-15 mins of everything in downtown Denver! Plenty of parking spaces, and no crazy parking garages to deal with. They are pet friendly, and we brought out little pug who had tons of grass to sniff around in with the walking path right by the property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with plenty of room for large groups or families. Bigger than most 2 bedroom apartments! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and they allowed us a late check-out of 1pm! This is honestly going to be the only place we stay while in the downtown Denver area moving forward--and for the price we paid, we are just amazed. I don't write reviews often, but this hotel deserves all the 5 stars I can give!

The newly remodeled room was amazing. We had the 2 bedroom suite which is plenty of room for a girls trip to Denver. The hotel is very close to resturants and Cherry Creek and Park Meadows mall. We have a great time and can't wait to come again. This is also very close to Unveristy of Denver where my daughter attends school- this will be my new go to hotel!

Nice facility. Loved my studio room and the bonfire pit. Coffee station wasn’t always stocked but I found the cups myself at 6am 😂 Overall good experience.
